The Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive – Administration to support smooth day-to-day operations within our manufacturing environment. This role involves coordinating transportation, security, facilities, and cafeteria services while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
The Job
- Manage third-party suppliers, visitors, and service providers.
- Coordinate shuttle services, special transportation, and night-shift employee transport.
- Conduct quarterly vehicle condition audits and ensure daily security staff availability.
- Supervise security personnel, plan security deployment, and conduct briefings and training.
- Prepare weekly reports on security-related incidents and violations.
- Plan and manage employee accommodation based on requirements and availability.
- Support overall administrative activities, including transport, food services, and maintenance.
- Develop and monitor the annual OPEX budget in line with business needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across offices, factory areas, washrooms, and common spaces.
- Manage timely delivery of employee meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
- Coordinate special food arrangements for meetings, events, and other company needs.
- Ensure food availability, cleanliness, and maintenance of the cafeteria.
- Introduce and support new food items and initiatives in the cafeteria.
The Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of legal and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn administrative operations within a factory setting.
